This fun unicorn bark is a great recipe to have your kid help with. This colourful and refreshing snack is a must for the summer.
Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment.
Divide ยฝ cup of yogurt into three separate bowls.
In one bowl, add 4 drops of red dye to create a pink colour. Stir until completely mixed.
In the second bowl, add 4 drops of red dye and 4 drops of blue dye to make a violet colour. Mix until combined.
Dollop spoonfuls of the three different yogurt colours onto the baking dish. Using a spoon, swirl the different yogurts to colour to create a marble effect.
Sprinkle the sprinkles on top and freeze for four hours or until solid.
Break the frozen yogurt into large chunks and serve.
